Hidden Trails Photography has closed for business due to losses as a result of COVID-19. We are no longer taking any new orders or clients.
If you were a client, please note that any galleries or photos hosted on Zenfolio needs to be downloaded prior to November 1, 2022 as access will be shut down at that point. If you need an archive copy on disk, please contact customerservice@hiddentrailsphotography.com. Please mention your name, current mailing address, date of session and what items you would like a copy of. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a reply and 30-60 days for delivery. There is no charge for a physical copy of your session photos or video(s). All print rights from wedding and personal photo session clients are hereby updated to no print size restrictions, for personal use only (view pdf).
If you are a past client and need any items from your session, or have unfulfilled products, please contact customerservice@hiddentrailsphotography.com with your name, session date and what items you need and please allow for up to two weeks for a reply to your email.
If you are a vendor or anyone else that needs to contact us for any reason, please use customerservice@hiddentrailsphotography.com and provide your details. Please allow up to two weeks for a reply / update.
